Hi all
Management expect an announcment in the next few days , given the need to reduce debt via a capital raising to be successful,May I note the top 4 shareholders have 50% of the company no doubt they have a very big say , I dont expect a huge dilution of shares .

One of the things management have to direct their energies to is to consolidate , merger , some of the companys they have purchased , sell off , dispose that are not profitable , we have not witness any of this , I can tell you where the dead wood is just like management know but are doing nothing about it.

Not much any small shareholder can do , but to phone head office and have your say
