The voluntary suspension has been requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to the finalisation of negotiations with an investor group introduced by Timeone Holdings Limited, to complete tranche 4 and fund the
acquisition and development of the Cockatoo Island project.

why is Timeone introducing others to complete tranche 4? this wasnt done for the earlier payment. Surely they were putting up the $$$$ themselves for tranche 4.
