Good-news obviously is that time-one couldn't come up with the money but have introduced someone else who probably can - Buddy would know this is exactly what happened with CDU.
Oceanwide reneged on buying 15m shares at $3.80 but introduced NAAIL who bought 24m shares at $3.60 ( more $$$ lower price )
The unknown ? - Has Timeone secured their offtake without taking up tranche 4 ?
And more dilution coming and I doubt it will be at 35c ?
Lets wait until we see who, what and how much before we celebrate . commiserate or apologise.
