    Unfortunately kokeigo there isn't any official announcement. Just a story in the SMH yesterday and another in The Australian today. You, like me probably thought that companies had to provide continuous disclosure to their shareholders. Apparently updating the market on just what the hell is going on is to hard for SDL. Easier to move from a trading halt to a suspension of trading for a week and let the rumours fly on forums like this. An absolute bloody disgrace IMO.
