I have also noted the price action prior to announcements has tended to look like its been done with knowlegde of it being pending good or bad news. Penning a letter to the asx now asking them to investigate trades in the 3 days prior to announcements for the last 2 years. If trading with inside knowledge then its not fair for those of us on the outside and its breaking the law.
Rene Rivkin did weekend time at silverwater for making a small amount out of running around trading prior to airline announcements.
Patprice - dont understand your value add telling us all not to bother blogging and speculating when you are reading the very blog.
I only read HC to get others opinions.
