and on both occassion they required hanlong to show proof verification.....similar to what they are asking now, verify that NDRC still supports this deal.

where did that come from? i checked the timetable 31st jan termsheet followed by vote. Nowhere does it mention verification of extension by NDRC. in fact the current timetable has NDRC final approval in early feb.

i supose mngt are just cutting to the chase ie before we waste time agreeing to you guys another delay, revised timetable, please reconfirm that NDRC is still providing backing of this TO by you
