Blade...what am I basing it on?

People who would know...very good calibre...unfort the vast majority on this forum really doesnt have a clue...Its a forum to vent frustrations... i get that....we are all bitter...we all want 45c today and we want to move on..everyone does..but there's not much reality checks going on...This is business and this is an $8billion transaction...

We all understand that this t/o is and has been a nightmare for the board and for all shareholders...i totally agree with us all.. I am not Hanlong sympathiser so you can all get off that case.

Everyone has to understand the Board ( much to Angor's grade 1 attempt at humor Benny Hill stuff) are very very high calibre.. We need GJ and GC more then ever to guide us through this and get us the 45c....There is no-one more qualifed to do that for us..

SDL has a +$1b market cap...$1billion +.. It produces 0, zero, nudda revenue.. It needs $6.5billion to even get close..

There is only 1 way this will happen... A takeover..

SDL cant fund it, Debt marekt wont lend, Equity market cant.. JV doesnt make sense... The only way any of us will make a return on SDL is via a take over..

And guess what...theres only 1 suitor China..And yes they are taking their time.

Sure its not the best result today...but at least they are working towards a revised timetable..

extra 4-6 weeks wont kill us...it is what it is

No China takeover will kill SDL...You will never see this shareprice +45c ever again.... If China walk tell me how we make a return? WE running low on cash...we got no JV, we go no other suitor...we got a $1b market cap...and the AFrticans wont wait...

Hanlong will complete i am sure...they have had ample moments to exit the game and never have..theres some internal machincations going on..China dont want to stuff up with $8billion and have another mid west fiasco

Until SDL has an alternate option (what where why how) then we have to stay the course with Hanlong..

All those that ranted and raved we want more then 45c over the last month arent screaming that anymore..i think most are now realising that get me 45c..get me out...
