I beg to differ. It is a $1.4 billion deal I thought. What Hanlong do after taking over SDL is up to them. The only part that involves SDL share holders is Hanlong handing over the $0.45cents per share. If Hanlong can't get funding for the projects,that is their problem,it does not concern SDL share holders. Not our problem. Pay up and sort out your problems after paying us our due's. You want our shares,pay us the money. We are not interested in your problems or China's problems.
SDL Directors/Management,get us our money straight away or step down and let someone who can do the job get us our money. Enough of being nice and polite from me. Had enough.
One other word on the bonuses for SDL Directors/Management. You have not fullfilled the conditions/terms for getting any bonus from the Company.
