Hi Westcott - unfortunately this is a pioneering project. Cameroon did not have a convention and Congo is fairly new to the game.

That IMO limits the "risk" factor in a major taking on this project. Is it a great opportunity? You bet. Is it for the gutsy? You bet.

So when it comes down to it, you would think that only a few Boards would have the courage to take this on. Do I think it will work over time? Yes I do. Is it for "corporate", well only if you are risk/reward orientated.

You and I may be, but Boards may not be.

If there is limited demand, then the resource def is not very meaningful. In fact, it needs to be really high for someone to take it on.

I think China will do it, but they are after a consortium approach. They will do it because they have more b@lls than the others. That said, they want to ensure that the ducks are lined up.
