Taboon, good summary, include attractive tax concessions....is it too good to be true? So why has no one else stepped up to the plate...again, my view is that Cameroon and China are tied to the hip on this one and SDL have effectively become the middle man without clout - we haven't heard anything from Cameroon government which suggests they are dissatisfied with China's delays or any statement intimating they back SDL management to sever ties on the deal - SDL are effectively an administrative assistant or tea lady...but they will IMO be personally rewarded handsomely compared to shareholders...
