China handlong are exploring funding for acquisition and funding on capex...whether we like it or not .
If hanlong don't get funding for capex on projects...they are not buying Sdl...period.
Sdl mgmt step down and get someone who can? No-one else can Westcott...these guys are the best in oz...name me another candidate? U can't flippantly say that....there is no-one more suitable.....none period who can get up to speed....it is what it Is....without them we would prob be on a JV search still lol.
