Lets get one thing clear - to take over the assets of SDL it's $1.3 billion. Once that completes they can go jump for all I care.
Since when is it my problem what a buyer does with a company after I sell it them unless of course there is an earn out in place. We agree on a price for the asset and if you agree to pay that price, consideration is paid and we're done.
How you go about execution of the project and how much you spend is your problem, not mine. Its called RISK. They want every ducked lined up to ensure they can on sell the project for a significant premium, ahhh sorry doesn't work that way
