SDL has no bargaining power imo unless we get another bidder. Not based on the Board's recommendation anyway that this is in SDL's best interest. I believe Hanlong still want SDL but they require approval by the NDRC (or now an extension of the approval).

Here is the ironic thing though. Without this takeover offer, it is quite possible SDL would be trading higher than 45c with the current bullish sentiment in the market.But the fact that the offer is at 45c makes people think that's all it is worth and therefore a failure to complete the takeover would see the stock lower.
