Hi car ,give him a ring if u haven't already, he usually has a good handle on what's going on with OEL. I subscribed for a while once, good guy Peter ,he can get it right and he can get it wrong,but he's very approachable.
One good bit of advice he gave me when ndo was a darling b4 the drugs and grog destroyed her looks lol and b4 the bhp farmin was "oels territory is every bit as good as ndos, "so I can thank him for losing a small fortune on OEL as opposed to a large one on ndo.
Obviously the current situation is still in a state of flux, Becos at his stage there's noting o announce.
