ronstieb good post however if the DOE reported rhetric is on the money then it looks as though BHP are dragging their feet for whatever reason and will lose the SC's in question. It seems as though it is no longer a local government issue as first discussed in the ann mid march. It looks as though alot is on the line not only for otto but for BHP and the wider investment in the Pines. Lets hope a solution can be sorted for all it doesnt take a week to address speculation though does it ?
