1. The reason for the request for voluntary suspension is to enable the Company further time to finalise completion matters in relation to the convertible bond transaction with Jin Jiang Mining Limited. 2. The Company requests the voluntary suspension to be in place until it releases an announcement regarding completion of the above transaction, and expects to make the announcement before the commencement of trading on Thursday, 6 March 2014.
At least this is in the context of 'completion', and a projected lifting of suspension tomorrow. NKP history does not fill one with confidence that all is well, but from memory this was a similar sort of announcement to tranche one (but NKP does not fill me with enough desire to be bothered to go and check that, so take it with a grain of salt).
