Going on past form, In "pete-speak" a suspension to "finalise completion matters" and "an announcement regarding completion of the above transaction" could still just as likely mean "the completion will not take place."
Of course i hope i'm wrong, but that's the reality.
Anyone think it odd that they would miss the deadline by just a day or two if everything was sweet?
