    Very mysterious indeed.

    The announcement of 11 April 2014 referred to an executed shareholders agreement. Today's announcement refers to a proposed shareholders agreement. An executed agreement one day later becomes a proposed agreement.

    Looks like ASIC might have a bit of a field day here.
