    Sorry mate, none of this makes sense. What is in it for Polo? Why would they ever allow that to happen? Standard contract clauses prevent exactly what you are saying, and I'm sure as an international investment firm, they would be sure to include such basic terms.

    If they wanted $3m worth of BLK shares at 38c, BLK management would've been tripping over himself to sign them up. They certainly wouldn't have sent them to buy on market with average $15k daily volumes.
