You still haven't answered what's in it for Polo. They could've easily secured a placement for the current SP given BLK's need for cash, or potentially at a slight premium if there were other bidders in the mix.....not 100% premium
Let's strip this back to the bare bones. What do you think is more likely given the current POG environment? . Polo has indirectly bought shares at the current SP (slight discount), or paid double before a DFS has been competed?
