However I probably go back to the 'bare bones' comment before. Why would Polo pay anymore than approx current SP when they know BLK needs cash and could easily make a placement offer at probably less than SP? I'm pretty confident 19c is correct, despite the fact we can't prove it 100% as you correctly identified.

Despite the fact than Zin, Uttsy and I got caught up in this less important topic, more importantly, do you have any theories as to what the TH is for and why we are now a week past guidance? Be good to spit ball some thoughts.
