after reading the last few days posts I am not to sure the cost and value to Polo of the Perfectus deal, is fully understood by us Blk holders. As the ANN states 49 percent of Perfectus who in turn own 15.9mil shares or 15per cent of the capital of Blackham. If this is the only asset of Perfectus it means they have paid $3m cash &shares for 49 percent of 15.9m shares in BLK my calc. says thats about 38cents per share.
This ANN could also have been headlined as ' Cornerstone investor welcomed to BLACKHAM................'
thru the backdoor. We can only dream of what an open market purchase would have done to the SP

The other details of this deal don't concern us but it certainly elevates JG on to the world stage a partner in Polo with access to GOLD GOSSIP that he would never get as CEO of BLK.
