Sorry, I still don't understand what you are suggesting re: the $3m cash and shares for Perfectus.

1. Why would Polo, buy a 49% stake in a private company, without a contract including asset sale clauses.
2. If they did, and found out assets had been siphoned off, where would that leave the relationship going forward including Polo's direct investment in BLK?
3. If you are saying Polo is complicit with this, why would they buy shares in a company for nearly twice it's listing price when answerable to their own shareholders?

Can you please explain your theory because I can't come up with any reason why or how that would work?
