A competant coy will release the full and complete ann: correct the fisrt time every time! Not corrections under the supervision of the Asx and will not allow fot its shares to go on suspension! If that is COMPETANT behaviour then all listed coys will be in suspension all the time! Competancy comes to mind once again!
