Announcement
In response to numerous calls from investors and ERG customers regarding the current suspension of ERG shares, we would like to inform the market of the following:
• ERG’s shares are currently under a voluntary suspension from trade;
• ERG is currently in the process of a capital raising of approximately $30 million;
• ERG has been conducting investor presentations in connection with the capital raising; and
• ERG expects to make a further announcement later this week, which we expect will include a request to lift the trading suspension.
