    Tony, I'm going by the letter. The company consistently announce things that don't happen. Getting it straight from Sinosteel that they have agreed to defer payment for the electricals would be good, but they don't say that. If the company are getting a "To whom it may concern" letter, they should have got Sinosteel to put that in, at the very least, as it backs up what they say in the announcement.
