Flat out as I have to get everything in order for another very long week at work so gotta be a quick relpy.

I would agree with you had f Sinosteel not have publically release that letter. In doing so they have confirmed that they are not going to attempt a takeover. If that letter was not there I would completely agree with you. If they choose to go ahead it would now be very difficult.

The reasons why they didn't would now be nothing but speculation. Perhaps not all companies in the world are completely out for themselves. I personally am very grateful for their actions and I hope other shareholders are as well.
