( most loans have that clause ) although it rarely would happen on a residential mortgage I know several business clients who have their loans" called in " after the banks have forced asset revaluations and got uncomfortable with the revised LVR - it happens far more regularly than you may imagine go talk to a few farmers - there was an expose on this topic on sixty minutes a few months back .
