I think (for what it's worth!) this announcement is not going to be so good!

The past few have been to clear up the rumours about letters and agreements in Puntland.

This could well be to do with the KNOC agreement but why wouldn't they have chosen to stay suspended for a bit longer and announce it all at once, and then it would have been two excellent pieces of news and whoosh.

I have an uneasy feeling. I really hope I am wrong as I do hold.

All this is in my own opinion and of late that in itself is now worth much!
