what you're talking about there, is a growing lack of confidence due to repetitious halts/suspensions, great news, and then share price flop!
i've not lost confidence in RRS, but I do question the need for the continual trading halts. normally speaking (to me at least), when a company does this its for major news.
the last suspension I don't believe required a suspension ... a halt, yes, for only half a trading day whilst the news was brought to public. I'm not pointing to RRS here, but, personally, i don't see the need for a halt at all, unless the news is with the company already, or, news is there but they are waiting for finer details to be confirmed (which may take a day or two).
but i've always been of the opinion, if the news is there, release it, if its not, do nothing until it is!
