I really don't think ASX has seen a deal/contract of this nature with such a heavy hitter... SKI have some excellent legal advisors and lawyers, probably a couple hundred page contract i would guess...
And the wording like any good contract, it can safe gaurd the buyer or seller.. so wording and how the words are articulated in the binding contract is what the issue seems to be..
Trust me, my work contract is written by some good Chinese lawyers.. and it's pretty well stuffed for us good for them...
