For sure. We're looking for an explanation that suggests why SK won the bid. What did they offer above the others? Expertise and financing are there. But it has to be worth it for AUZ as well otherwise they would have picked someone else. And given that it has taken several weeks of efforts, even with Medea to mediate, I guarantee that with nine in the bidding, there will have been more than one round of bids.
A sensible explanation is a deal that will have favoured AUZ, that is the nature of the supply/demand for cobalt, it is inescapable.
