Suspension

As we are aware suspension by the ASX(Listing Rule 17.3) is specific to the announcement by CHP concerning matters disclosed therein dated 26/3/18
17.3.1 States "The entity breaks a listing Rule"
17.3.2 State "It is necessary to suspend quotation to prevent a disorderly or uninformed market"
17.3.3 States"ASX Rules require the suspension"
17.3.4 States"It is appropriate for some other reason"

Would assume a possible breach has occurred under any or all of the above
Therefore CHP have not fully addressed these concerns by the ASX in any of the last four announcements

IMO CHP has a responsibility to update shareholders on the full extent of concerns by the ASX that led to the suspension imposed however complex these issues are
