As a potential investor and just to clarify matters I see the situation after the purchase from Barrick as thus: prepurchase shares 69 mil., then add shares/op. 75 mil (RAB) + 28 mil (ten3) + $34 mil. ( to complete purchase). With the issuing of 100 mil. new shares and options diluting the SP by more than 60% and adding another $34 mil. in debt isn't it going to be a long time before this company is profitable ,even with a moderate income stream.
