Think I get your drift.

So to answer, when a previously suspended member has rejoined under a new nic. and then that new nic. is suspended, on some occasions the moderator will include in the comments the previous nic.

This is done to alert members to the fact for several reasons, e.g. members may wish to revisit some of the posts/claims made by the recently suspended nic., etc.
