It now appears that all the buy and sell orders have been removed. Is that what happens when a share becomes suspended?

Then when the shares open for trading, can you only then put an order in, or do you think it will go into a pre-open first?

Before it was suspended, sellers outweighed buyers 2 to 1. If it goes into a pre-open, what do you think that ratio will be (even if the announcement is not made?)
