Happens every quarter but only a handful of companies each time round - and most will have it lodged next day etc

Not that I'm aware of but the threat of delisting is concerning enough

Buy some time hoping they can pull a rabbit out of the hat is what I'd guess...... Like I said if asked those would be very tricky questions to answer
