Well when you look at the two scenarios it looks like this to me.

Good can mean, announcment either today or in the coming days regarding NKP offer, which is what is stated by the company in there ASX release or bad in my opinion could really only mean NKP not exercising option agreement and no longer pursuing take over of IGC.

In which case i dont think we will have to wait too long before another offer arrives.

Does anyone have any idea as to how long they can hold shares in suspension?
