I don't think your opinion on NKP not exercising the option agreement to take over IGC is true because NKP just announced yesterday in their annual meeting result that they have approved the issue of shares for the option aggreement of IGC, if they are not intended to take over IGC, why are they still approved the issue of 2.5 millions share and $100,000 for the IGC option agreement, IMO, I think the reason why IGC gone into suspension is regarding the final offer from NKP is out and they need a few days to consider the offer and that is why they apply for the suspension, this sort of suspension is pretty normal for the take over situation, you can refer to share that is recently subjected to take over and you can see the application for suspension of quotation is pretty normal.
