Tomorrow Will be The Day. The broken record is wearing a little thin!

1. 15 weeks have now past and still no clarification on solvency issues.

2. Accountants/Auditors should have been able to clarify the situation within 7 days max.

3. JV. Apollo has still not made any Public Announcements about this supposed JV. (Continuing changes to completion date by MVH and 360 degree turnaround as to RP's role in the MTCs. Read January announcement on reason for RP acquisition).

4. Board Changes in complete conflict with January announcement about acquisition.

5. Misleading and conflicting announcements to ASX and ASIC, with need for corrections.

MVH is a listed Company (not a tin pot backyard operation), and therefore should be managed and operated as such.

The Contempt shown to shareholders of MVH by these so called Directors/President is nothing short of corporate mismanagement.

History shows that MVH is not the only company in which this crew have made bumbling and negligent mistakes in.
