"It is expected that the company's securities will be suspended from official quotation for the period immediately following this announcement until the time that the company 'dispatches' the notice of meeting.

the Directors currently expect to dispatch the notice of meeting within 4 weeks."

Reading the above literally, that should mean they will commence trading upon dispatch of notice of meeting which is expected to be within 4 weeks.
