Actually tangrams, i did the workings behind it. You would have had to cross reference over a few threads is all.
To go over it again for you, i came up with that figure basedm on the fact no finance company ever does a placement at greater than 80% of vwap. 80% of 1.7 cents = 1.36 cents
0.20/15=1.33
Pretty simple as far as im concerned
