True, the trades and daily volumes don't appear large enough to be a pump and dump, so we can cross that out.

Looks to be more like an adjustment of Risk Vs Reward.
ie. The risk has been reduced by Texas and the reward "Puntland" is still the same. The SP will need to increase to reduce the reward the shares will provide in the future.

I thought the $10m placement from the AGM was only going to be issued to "Sophisticated Investors" aka "Peter Landau's friends"
