yes AV you may have hit on something.

in the press release they say at the end, that the terms of the C/N will be released in time for the EGM.
But you may be right in that the conversion price might be set each time a new tranche is drawn.

that would be better, as hopefully as the price rises less shares are given away.

Also the zero coupon makes the C/N more like an equity instrument, but ranks ahead of equity in a wind-up.

If someone is going to the meeting tomorrow, can they please chase the Directors for an answer to the conversion ratio question?
