In most instances yes there would a dilution of shares but in this case it may go up as others have mention the SP has been sold down so heavily.
I have my thoughts on this more so with todays announcements but I am sure everyone is smart enough to figure it out.
People this has been very well orchestrated just prior the tomorrows meeting although I am not surprised.
If anything RJ has just helped us. All thats required is some good CSG people where as we where also arranging for $25 million so thankyou RJ
