For the record I am wondering why I should respond to your rudeness.
I overheard a conversation about share price manipulation because I was placed to the wrong phone call. The directors thought they were talking to someone else. I was on hold, they put me though to the wrong person.

I heard the conversation between an investment bank and another financial institution regarding the takeover. The director asked the investment banker how can you move the share price without being detected. He responded dont worry we have many subsidiaries. Their goal was to bid up the share price so the company they are taking over would not have as large proportion of the deal.
