Yeah, capital raise is definitely possible, combined with debt funding as well, to purchase coal projects from companies that want to sell their coal projects as if they were holding a hot potato.
Don't see any other reason to do a capital raise otherwise. More than happy to participate if it is for acquisition.
Best yet, TER might even be taken out by some big coal companies before that happens.
