Hello Miksaw and TTY other holders.
I agree that manipulation of share prices is a common occurance, especially during capital raisings. However, I'd like to point out that the company had many other options for raising money, and this approach was particularly favourable to small shareholders, and Crawley Resources and OM Holdings will seek shareholder approval to maintain their percentage holdings at no less price than available to all shareholders, confirming the good value of the offer (as though there could be any doubt).
The market has responded well to the advance to producer status by Territory. Generally, standard rights issues tend to weigh a shareprice down. Obviously, the timing of this issue with the recent sucessfull mining operations, including good drilling results and first ore shipment, has been part of a well conceived and executed plan for the expansion of the company which our excellent management has so vocally and publicly forshadowed.
I bought in at 87 and 94 cents originally, and more at 1.50 & 1.55 last week, plus my full allocation SPP, of course.
My personal opinion is that the management of this company will continue to demonstrate excellent management skills and continue to deliver more success, resulting in a much higher share price.
Regards, Idaho
