Hmmmm. So it could be deemed the whole thing was a plan from the beginning? Especially as there was no benefit to the company . Why would the company accept the shares etc??
Conflict of interest without any doubt.
Has anyone been able to obtain any information on any progress. I know people who held large shareholdings have been completely sidelined.
