Unilife Medical Solutions received a $30 million contract to make syringes and is looking to build in York or Cumberland counties.
"I think we'll be one of the leading medical devices company in the world, and I think we're on track to do that," said CEO Alan Shortall
The expansion could bring hundreds of new jobs to the Susquehanna Valley.
The company hopes to open its new plant by this time next year.
